The panel of judges included Lenard Marcus, general partner, Edison Partners; Tony Moraco, former CEO, SAIC and Dr. John Zangardi, president, Redhorse Corporation. Award recipients will be announced on October 22.

ShorePoint Awarded $300 Million U.S. Department of Education Cybersecurity BPA

Washington, DC – July 28, 2021

ShorePoint Inc., a cybersecurity services company that protects customers’ critical assets from cyber threats, today announced it was awarded a five-year $300 million blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide cybersecurity and support services to the U.S. Department of Education (DoED) Office of Federal Student Aid.

Other areas of support covered by the contract include cybersecurity risk management and compliance; information systems security services; cybersecurity operations; software capability operations and maintenance; security architecture support; security engineering; and continuous diagnostics and mitigation.
