WASHINGTON, D.C., Feb. 6, 2018 – ShorePoint Inc., a cybersecurity services company that protects customers’ critical assets from cyber threats, announced today the hiring of veteran Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) technologist Bill Hornish as a Senior Consultant and cybersecurity implementation expert.
Hornish brings deep cyber diagnostics experience in private and public sectors with significant experience integrating sensor data into dashboards for visibility, analytics, and context. He has spent more than 25 years developing and implementing federal and civilian enterprise solutions, including security operations, telecommunications and business operations.

Throughout Hornish’s extensive career, he has performed duties from network and systems engineering to directing IT and security operations where he managed more than 100 security engineers and analysts. Most recently, he was program manager at PotomacWave Inc. and federal business development manager at Splunk Inc.
