- John Rafique, ShorePoint Director of Recruiting and Retention | 2023 Cybersecurity Recruiter of the Year – North America (gold award). Under Rafique’s guidance, ShorePoint has grown from a company of 15 at the time of his hire to over 100 employees, while maintaining above-average retention rates – all during a well-documented talent shortage in the cybersecurity industry. He also established a culture of relationship-building with job candidates that remains in place throughout their employment.
