Fortune Magazine Names ShorePoint a 2021 Best Small & Medium Workplace
Washington, DC – August 16, 2021
ShorePoint Inc., a cybersecurity services company that protects customers’ critical assets from cyber threats, today announced it has been honored by Fortune magazine for the third year in a row as one of the country’s 2021 Best Small & Medium Workplaces.™
The designation reflects that 98 percent of ShorePoint employees reported positive views of their workplace culture, compared to 59 percent of employees at the average U.S. company. The Best Small & Medium Workplaces list is highly competitive, and companies are only considered if they are a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization.
“These companies may be small in size, but their impact and commitment to improving employee experience stacks up against some of the world’s largest corporations,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work®. “Their ability to scale business while maintaining a high level of employee care is nothing short of amazing.”
Great Place to Work is the only company culture award in America that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated. Companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience that cuts across race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of employees’ identities or roles.
“We are proud of the reputation we have earned as a great place to work and are committed to empowering our team,” said Matt Brown, ShorePoint co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. “ShorePoint continues to celebrate individual success and remains passionate about sustaining an environment that supports creativity, accountability, diversity, inclusion, and a focus on giving back to our community.”
